Practicing and training all aspects of your game is essential, but it is only a portion of what is needed to stay competitive today. Strength and agility training are key factors for today’s athletes. Developing and maintaining a strong body in conjunction with your sport specific skill training will help put you ahead of the competition.
Agility & Strength Training
Just as important as practicing your swing, developing and maintaining a strong body is essential. Our well-equipped Agility and Strength area provides individuals with the tools needed to stay ahead of the competition. We also offer strength and conditioning sessions with qualified instructors.
Our Cardio area provides additional exercising options to stay fit with our treadmill, bike and elliptical. Whether you are a player maintaining endurance or a parent/guardian looking to become or stay active, our facility has the equipment to meet your needs.
Not looking for baseball, softball or golf activities, no problem, you can become a Fitness Member and gain access to our strength and cardio areas. Take advantage of our treadmill, elliptical, bike, weights, resistance bands and much more to bring your fitness to your expected and accepted level.
We will be offering various fitness classes throughout the year. From the beginner to the experienced, we will provide the necessary age appropriate and fitness level instruction from our certified trainer. Additionally, we will be providing Women’s Self Defense classes at our facility by certified instructors.
